2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits, such as browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address and the time of the request. This data is used to ensure a smooth connection, to guarantee security and stability, and cannot be assigned to specific persons by us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the technically error free operation of our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

3. Contact and enquiry form

When you submit our enquiry form, we process the data you enter: your name, company, country and city, email address, WhatsApp number, and the details about your rental business and your processes. We use this data solely to assess your enquiry and to contact you about our service.

Legal basis

The processing is carried out to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Retention

We store your enquiry until it has been fully processed and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention periods apply or you have become a customer.

4. Uploaded chat histories

If you voluntarily upload WhatsApp chat histories, we process them only to prepare the free analysis you requested. These files may contain personal data of third parties (your customers). You may only upload them if you are entitled to do so. We treat the files confidentially, use them exclusively for the analysis, and delete them at the latest after the analysis has been completed. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Email communication

Enquiries are transmitted to us by email through the mail server of our provider Hostinger and answered by email. When you contact us by email, we process the content of your message to handle your request.

6. Local storage

This website stores your selected language in your browser (local storage) so the site opens in your preferred language on your next visit. This is technically necessary, contains no personal data and is not used for tracking. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to the processing of your personal data. You may withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
